The canadian forces liaison council works to make it easier for canada's reserve force members to serve their country by encouraging their employers to give them time off for military courses or training. cflc's role is to show employers the benefit of the skills reservists acquire through their participation and encourage them to introduce a military leave policy into their organization. the rewards of participation in cflc are quickly realized: business and industry are benefited by professional, trained, competent, and skilled personnel.
